Directions

From the West:

  • Take I-80 E toward Reno and take Exit 96 for Madison Avenue.

  • Turn right onto Madison Avenue and continue east toward Fair Oaks passing Crepes & Burgers 68.

  • Turn right onto Primrose Drive by Surfside Kids Dental Fair Oaks, and continue to 5330 Primrose Dr, Suite 240.

From the North:

  • Take I-80 W toward Sacramento and take the exit for Sunrise Boulevard.

  • Continue south on Sunrise Boulevard toward Fair Oaks passing the Sunrise Mall..

  • Turn right onto Madison Avenue, passing Quail Point Shopping Center on the corner.

  • Turn left onto Primrose Drive and continue to 5330 Primrose Dr, Suite 240.

From the East:

  • Take US-50 W toward Sacramento and take Exit 21 for Hazel Avenue.

  • Turn right onto Hazel Avenue and continue north toward Fair Oaks.

  • Turn left onto Madison Avenue and continue west, passing Pitch and Fiddle Fair Oaks and Black Bear Diner Citrus Heights along the way.

  • Turn left onto Primrose Drive and continue to 5330 Primrose Dr, Suite 240.
